Investment
Alongside my career, I gradually moved into investing. My earliest investments were in real estate, airline stocks, travel, and hospitality, and they delivered strong returns around 2018. Then the COVID crisis changed everything. That period taught me that investing is not only about returns—it is about risk management. After COVID, I built a more diversified portfolio including equities, gold, funds, and real-sector businesses, creating a more stable financial foundation for both life and work.
Real Estate
One of my earliest core allocations, offering both cash flow and long-term stability.
Airline Stocks
A volatile sector that taught me to understand cyclicality and downside exposure.
Travel & Hospitality
Strong performers before the pandemic, but also the catalyst for rethinking risk in a deeper way.
Diversified Portfolio
After COVID, I moved toward a more balanced mix of equities, gold, funds, and physical businesses.
